Fill between two paths in Affinity Publisher

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I want to design some cards which have a green border. This border is only a low resolution raster graphics so I want it to transform in vector paths for high resolution prints in the end. I created now a path for the outer line and one for the inner line (see screenshot). They are on two seperate layers (see on the right).

My question is now: How can I fill the area between these two paths with a color?

When I use the Filling (Füllung) feature in the upper left corner it fills the complete area inside the paths (and not the one between the two paths). Do I have to kinda merge them to one layer so it is recognized as one vector body? Do I have to kind of substract the inner path from the outer one? Or how can I solve this problem?

Thanks in advance!

@Drachen Your question would have been better asked in the appropriate “Questions” section of the forums rather than a “Feedback” section as the “Feedback” sections are generally used to report problems and make suggestions. (Also, questions in the “Questions” sections tend to get answered more quickly.) A moderator may move this thread for you.
