During saving project information that is problem with saving document appears. But file with given name signs up. When I try to open this file I see information as in the attachment. Quote

v_kyr Posted November 26, 2021 Posted November 26, 2021 There is a newer updated version for Publisher -> "Affinity Publisher for Windows - 1.10.4 (inc 1.10.3)", which may already include some fixes for that behavior. - You may want to update your Publisher 1.10.1 version to the newer one 1.10.4 version and give that a try.
