Have you tried registering again since getting this error? DrKhalifa 1 Quote

Staff stokerg Posted November 15, 2021 Staff Posted November 15, 2021 Hi @DrKhalifa, Odd as the registration server is working fine. Can you see this post and add the address shown to your Firewall/Security softwares whitelist and try accessing the My Account option again. Quote
DrKhalifa Posted November 17, 2021 Author Posted November 17, 2021 Hi @stokerg I managed to get registration working by running the Affinity publisher as an Administrator Quote
Johan Havermans Posted March 12, 2022 Posted March 12, 2022 Unfortunately I have the same issue to register Affinity Publisher 1.10.4 on High Sierra 10.13.6. I was able to register Affinity Photo 1.10.4 on the same computer (Mac). Strange is that I don't see any blocks on my firewall (even after adding the firewall exclusion as mentioned in this thread). While I was unable to register Affinity Publisher 1.10.4 on High Sierra, I was able to register the software on a Windows 10 PC on the same network at about the same time. On the Windows PC I saw Firefox was launched to complete the registration. Both Mac and Windows computers use Firefox as their default browser. Even when I configure Safari as the default browser on High Sierra the registration fails and no browser is launched. Any clue? Johan Quote
