Something you can try is to enlarge it step by step, maybe by 110% each time. And then add the Clarity filter. I've tried it just as an experiment. Any further details would be appreciated. I would say photo was taken in the 1950s, I'm not exact on the year as it is for a client. Thanks so much for your input.
