cchris
I'm trying to print a couple pages for review (from a guide I'm preparing) as a spread on tabloid (11 x 17) paper. Sometimes it works, but most times the pages display out of order. I'm running Mac OS High Sierra 10.13. I've tried printing using the Booklet and Book layout models (they seem to impose the page order randomly); 2 pages per sheet (almost worked, but couldn't get the pages to scale to 100%); and setting up spreads in Spread Setup... (messed up the page layout, and after I fixed them, refused to appear as spreads in the print dialog). Everything fails spectacularly and uniquely. There's almost nothing on this subject on the web, and the Help doesn't cover this issue. (As a workaround, I suppose the spread could be created from two single-page PDFs, but that's a lot of extra work when the answer should be in Publisher.) Assuming the document is setup as single pages (not facing pages), I would select the pages in the Print dialog and configure it this way. Note that I am on Windows, so your Print dialog will look different, but I've highlighted the settings I think are the most important ones: cchris 1 Quote -- Walt Designer, Photo, and Publisher V1 and V2 at latest retail and beta releases PC: Desktop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5900 12-Core @ 3.00 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Laptop: Windows 11 Pro, version 23H2, 32GB memory, Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz, Intel UHD Graphics Comet Lake GT2 and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. iPad: iPad Pro M1, 12.9": iPadOS 17.4.1, Apple Pencil 2, Magic Keyboard Mac: 2023 M2 MacBook Air 15", 16GB memory, macOS Sonoma 14.4.
cchris
You're a marvel! Works like a charm, and of course it's the one combination I didn't try. walt.farrell
