DigitalVisuals
Well the next day, and we are back with the same problem. I could make a short video after I used the paint tool on a small picture, and here its going wrong. You can't do anything, the paint tool hangs up and nothing is select bar. The mouse was working all the time. And in this case its not specific the painttool, but every tool you choose will at any time freeze up. There are no reports found. the video was set to warp en and no hardware acceleration. brush behaviar002.wmv Quote Windows 11 (Home)-build: 23H2- build 22631.2715 - 64 bits. 11e generatie Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700K @ 32,60GHz. Staff Chris B Posted September 27, 2021 Staff Share Posted September 27, 2021 I would stop using WARP and just use your dedicated graphics card. If you have an Intel card enabled, try disabling it from Device Manager under Display adapters. What is Task manager saying when this happens? Chris thanks, I heve try your solution, but also here the same problem, after using the paintbrush it hangs up. tastmanager say nopthing, no high cpu or gpu data. There is also no high memory used. So I ám stuck at the moment. I can only close AP by killing it tru Taskmanager. Quote Windows 11 (Home)-build: 23H2- build 22631.2715 - 64 bits. 11e generatie Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700K @ 32,60GHz. DigitalVisuals
I try a normal raw picture, raw editing no problems, in develop mode, I tick only the paintbrush mixer on and Ap stopped working, killing only by Taskmanager.| I give you the dump file from Ap.exe in taskmanager. But its to big here. 1.2 gb in zip. Oke have done a another test witch normal brushes, the same, no change possibility and hangs 100%. I can't do anythings with AP. It's not always relevant to compare how one app runs to another. If Windows 11 isn't functioning with a driver or something else Affinity requires but your other apps do not use/require them then they of course will not crash. I'm going to try and install a Windows 11 build on a local machine and work for a day in it and see what happens. I would prefer not to run it on the VM that we have.
