Printing Color RGB or CMYK on Canon Pro

I print with Canon Pro 100 to Pro Platinum Paper.

Should I set document to RGB or CMYK?

When RGB default is chosen the Color profile in document set-up  offers a choice of Canon papers

If I choose CMYK the Color profile choices do not offer Canon paper but things I don't recognize.

It's best to double check the manual for your printer, as this should confirm the best Colour Space & ICC profile to use - though I suspect this will be RGB.

This would indicate that the profile is an RGB profile, and you need to be in the RGB colour space to use it - which would also confirm the above, that RGB is the best colour space for you.
