StreetE Posted August 20, 2021 Posted August 20, 2021 100% Reproducible on version 1.9.2 and 1.10.0+ On Windows 10 pro PC with intel i9 10900k, 64 GB DDR5, nVidia RTX 3070 with latest 417.68 drivers. A dedicated development PC used without fault for many other intensive software development programs. However it does not reproduce on my Windows 10 home i74900k, 32gb DD4, integrated intel 4600 gfx PC. - Rolling cursor over various interface items causes those interface graphics to become corrupted - Corruption clears with repeated roll overs or clicks but comes back again on following roll overs/clicks - Corruptions are generally consistent but resizing the Affinity window affects the nature of these corruptions, (it's different between full screen or windowed) - See attached images for examples Quote
Staff Sean P Posted August 20, 2021 Staff Posted August 20, 2021 Hi StreetE, What you're seeing isn't a bug with the software, but a conflict caused by the horrible Nahimic audio software that interferes with the Direct3D9 rendering. Unfortunately this is out of our hands, though we have made both ASUS and Microsoft aware of the issue. Please see the ASUS Sonic / ASUS GPU Tweak III / MSI Nahimic section on the link below. Quote
StreetE Posted August 20, 2021 Author Posted August 20, 2021 Amazing stuff, thanks Sean! Cleared out all the pesky Asus apps and gimmicks I don't need and can confirm with removing the Sonic Radar app Affinity Designer is now fine Thanks again! Quote
