Katherina Posted August 11, 2021 Posted August 11, 2021 Hello I have the following problem since the last update 1.10.0: After an indefinite duration (max. 35 minutes) it is no longer possible to save the document. There are no more save option possible (Save as..., Export... ). Editing the document is perfectly possible. The document must be closed. When reopening the document it works for a while without any problems, then after a (unfortunately) indefinite time the same error message appears: (See screenshot: english translation"Error saving document ... XXX.apub save failed. Reason: Internal error. Please let the developers know." What we tried: - Uninstalling the update and reinstalling Affinity. - Link all images and fonts again and correctly - Delete and save single pages one by one from the document to find out if there is an error in a layout page. The error persists even when only the blank title page is left. I will gladly send you the affected document. Thank you for a quick feedback, as the printing deadline of our magazine is approaching.
