Mike_A Posted August 10, 2021 Share Posted August 10, 2021 I'm getting an immediate crash when trying to open a multichannel EXR file. I have tried both version 1.10 (installed first) and then a remove and new install of version 1.9.2 I get the same error dialog on both versions The multichannel opens fine in Blackmagic Fusion and Photoshop. Tried on a completely different machine... Same issue. Has anyone got a test multichannel exr image they can open in AP, that they could upload so I can see if I can open that? I can open this is Photoshop, Fusion, After Effects... but not in AP (Windows desktop) Can you? If so please post and let me know.
