omachi
Affinity Designer 1.9.2.1035. Windows 10 21H2. Create an artboard with bleeds and margins. (fig1.png) If you rotate this artboard, it will look like the following figure. (fig2.png) Is this a specification? Or is it a premise that bleeds and margins are set to 0 when using artboard rotation?
Old Bruce
There is a Document and an Artboard. Are you wanting to rotate the artboard and have the document's bleed and margins rotate too? I honestly don't know what you are wanting to achieve here by rotating the artboard. omachi
I don't know what it means to rotate the artboard. So it doesn't mean that you want to do something. I just wanted to know if this behavior was the expected behavior.
Old Bruce
I would think that it is the expected behaviour. Just my opinion though. omachi
Thank you, Old Bruce. I understand that bleeds and margins come with the document and that bleeds and margins don't rotate unless the document rotates.
