Affinity Designer: Rotation of artboard with bleed or margin

Windows 10 21H2.

Create an artboard with bleeds and margins. (fig1.png)

If you rotate this artboard, it will look like the following figure. (fig2.png)

Is this a specification? Or is it a premise that bleeds and margins are set to 0 when using artboard rotation?

There is a Document and an Artboard. Are you wanting to rotate the artboard and have the document's bleed and margins rotate too? I honestly don't know what you are wanting to achieve here by rotating the artboard.

I don't know what it means to rotate the artboard. So it doesn't mean that you want to do something.
I just wanted to know if this behavior was the expected behavior.

I would think that it is the expected behaviour. Just my opinion though.

I understand that bleeds and margins come with the document and that bleeds and margins don't rotate unless the document rotates.
