Artem Shush
When trying to export a bunch of files as TIFF's with LZW compression, the setting comes back to ZIP. When trying to save as a preset with LZW compression chosen, the app crashes. It shows the preset and applies it correctly after program relaunch though. It also works properly when you export a single artboard through Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S.
Staff Sean P Posted July 22, 2021 Staff Share Posted July 22, 2021 Hi Artem Shush, I've just tried this myself and using the Export Dialog the compression setting is remaining on LZW compression. I was also able to save a preset without any issues. Is this issue reproducible for you? If so are you able to attach a video showing the steps you're taking to reproduce these please? Once again, it's about exporting a bunch of files, so I'm talking about Export Persona. It doesn't apply for me there, and the only workaround is to set a preset through Export dialogue to use it in Export Persona later.

Thanks for confirming that, I've now reproduced and passed it onto development. Artem Shush
