Artem Shush Posted July 21, 2021 Posted July 21, 2021 When trying to export a bunch of files as TIFF's with LZW compression, the setting comes back to ZIP. When trying to save as a preset with LZW compression chosen, the app crashes. It shows the preset and applies it correctly after program relaunch though. It also works properly when you export a single artboard through Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S. Quote
Staff Sean P Posted July 22, 2021 Staff Posted July 22, 2021 Hi Artem Shush, I've just tried this myself and using the Export Dialog the compression setting is remaining on LZW compression. I was also able to save a preset without any issues. Is this issue reproducible for you? If so are you able to attach a video showing the steps you're taking to reproduce these please? Quote

Once again, it's about exporting a bunch of files, so I'm talking about Export Persona. It doesn't apply for me there, and the only workaround is to set a preset through Export dialogue to use it in Export Persona later. Quote

Thanks for confirming that, I've now reproduced and passed it onto development. Artem Shush 1 Quote
