This looks aside you just select the pen tool and draw a couple of circles freehand.

Or,

  1. Use the ellipse tool to draw a circle.
  2. Convert this to curves.
  3. Add a few more nodes.
  4. Reposition a few of these nodes.
  5. Repeat for another 'organic' circle.

In addition to John’s suggestions, one quick way, if you are better than me at drawing, is to use the Pencil Tool with the Stabiliser ON.
You can draw the circle freehand and give the stroke a Pressure Curve – see attached video.
Draw more circles over the first one to suit.

You might find that a combination of techniques gets you what you want.
