VIPStephan
I’m designing a website, and lacking a “Pages” feature so far, I’ve been using layers for pages. Additionally, I have a locked “master” layer with my website header that is used across all pages. I want to export the designs to a PDF for the client to review and thought that I would create a slice for each layer but, of course, this wouldn’t include the header layer in any exported page. How would I accomplish to include that “master” layer in all exported slices, so that the header shows up in every exported page/layer (without copying the header into each page layer)? On a related note, I don’t suppose it’s possible to export to a multi-page PDF, is it? That’s hopefully included when “pages” are available? Staff MEB Posted November 2, 2015 Staff Share Posted November 2, 2015 Hi VIPStephan, With the current implementation/features, it's not possible to do that in just one step. I believe there's improvements coming for the Export Persona that will allow to address this along with a few more features that will provide some alternatives (Symbols). No, currently it's not possible to export a multi-page PDF, however you can use Apple Preview to quickly add all pages to a PDF document. VIPStephan
Thanks for your prompt reply. Yeah, Preview is what I’m currently doing to create a multi-page PDF. I’m eager to see this in AD some time in near future.
