MW195 Posted June 4, 2021 Share Posted June 4, 2021 Hey all, I purchase both designer and photo on 2/20 of 2019 from the Microsoft store, and now would like to install on a second PC (also windows) and my account at Affinity (or Serif now) says my account is empty. Both programs (or Apps) on my original PC are registered. And when I go to the Microsoft store, it only offers my the BUY option. How do I get passed this? If your Affinity app purchase was made through the Microsoft Store it is tied to you Microsoft Store account/ID, and will also not require a Product Key. If you need to install it again, run the Microsoft Store ensuring that you are signed in with the same account/credentials used to complete the purchase and the button which usually says "Buy" should instead say "Install", click on it to begin the installation of the program. If you are still only seeing the Buy option, then we would encourage you to contact the Microsoft Store customer service team for assistance accessing your Microsoft Store purchase.
