whistlerdan
I've got a couple of vector masks which are masking out two images. When I drag the masks together, with snapping turned on, they snap but leave a gap between them. A gap that's very clearly visible... what am I doing wrong? There's no stroke before you ask :D Driving me mad!
A_B_C
Hi whistlerdan, you might have to snap the nodes onto each other, not the bounding boxes of your shapes. In order to do so, convert the shapes to curves (Layer > Convert to curves), Shift + click both of them with the Node Tool, tick Snap to selected curves from the context toolbar, and snap the desired nodes on each other … Does that work? Cheers, Alex :) Snap.mov
anon1
I think the stroke might be set to no fill but that does not mean that it does not have no width?
whistlerdan
Thanks for the suggestions guys! As it turns out, I think it was a temporary bug. I happened to close the file and then reopen it again today and I can't repeat the same issue. They seem to snap together correctly now. Weird!
