Welcome to the Forums @mobydriver🙂  If your new laptop uses the same operating system as your current devices (either Windows or Mac) you can transfer the Affinity programs by logging on to either the Microsoft/Apple store or to the Affinity store, depending upon where you bought them and follow the required download process.  If your new laptop has a different operating system (either Windows or Mac) from your current devices, then you would have to purchase the Affinity programs again, because they are two very separate applications.  In either case, files that you have created with your current devices will open with your new laptop.  I hope this will help.
