Simeon Incognito
Hello, I was not much of Pixel persona user but recently I have found it useful. However, I faced an issue: Affinity Designer freeze up and does not respond basically to anything. The only thing I can do is paint with selected brush and move objects that are on page. Closing and opening up helps to reset but very soon it gets frozen again. I am using the most recent version. Where could be the problem? Update: It seems to be more functional with my graphic tablet XPEN STAR06. I could use both, now I can use only tablet. The strange thing is that I have not changed any settings. It is not only in pixel persona, and on tablet works better but freezes up as well. Any ideas? Staff stokerg Posted May 5, 2021 Staff Share Posted May 5, 2021 Hi @Simeon Incognito, Can you go into Preferences and on the Tools section, there is an option for Tablet input method, what is that currently using? Also could you try setting that to other 2 methods listed and see if that resolves the issue Simeon Incognito
Simeon Incognito
It is on "Low precision". This might be it. I will update if fixed.

There is pad app that is set in Window Ink that takes over control. Sad thing is that I cannot have mouse control and brush velocity at the same time. Anyway, thanks.
