Tracking how many licences have been used

Tracking multiple licences purchase and use.

In my case 9 licences were purchased with one email address and a common product key is linked to all. How do I track how many have been currently used and to uninstall from some PC's and reinstall into a different one? 

The online account used for purchase does not show any info on the number used and available. 

Is there a way to check this?
