I've recently been messing with the Gradient Map function in Affinity Photo. I've been a long time user of Photoshop and am familiar with the gradient map function in that program. (stopped upgrading after CS6 due to the subscription gouging).  My question is this.. is there a way to use preset gradients within the Gradient Map process as is available in Photoshop?  Am I missing where those are located?  I'm probably lazy but, there are some very nice presets within the Gradient Map palette in Photoshop.  I'll drop in the palette window from CS6 that I'm referring to.

Special interest into procedural texture filter, edit alpha channel, RGB/16 and RGB/32 color formats, stacking, finding root causes for misbehaving files, finding creative solutions for unsolvable tasks, finding bugs in Apps.

I use iPad screenshots and videos even in the Desktop section of the forum when I expect no relevant difference.

Adjustments panel > Gradient Map
There are three presets in there, so add your own via the Gradient Map floating window.
