That is usually what happens, some one makes a file and sends it to you and you are missing one or more of the fonts from their machine. Thanks for your answer, I have the font in pc, the problems is, 1. when I reload file into, the numbers will be missing( the type of font numbers, it is in my pc), however, I have the change it into time new roman, then it will be ok.
