Hello and welcome to the forums @LuHao,

Is the font from the AI file available to use on your computer? That is usually what happens, some one makes a file and sends it to you and you are missing one or more of the fonts from their machine.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6
Affinity Designer 2.6.0 | Affinity Photo 2.6.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.6.0 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Thanks for your answer,  I have the font in pc, the problems is, 1. when I reload file into, the numbers will be missing( the type of font numbers, it is in my pc), however, I have the change it into time new roman, then it will be ok.  I know how to solve the problem, however I do not know why I have to change the type of font .
