Have you considered a more effective way to gather bug reports etc?

Hi, I love your software, but this is my first time on the forum looking for help and submitting bug reports.

In all honesty, this experience is not good, because it's hard to find similar problems and know whether or not you are posting a duplicate. I also worry about the load this must be on support staff having to dig through so many duplicates etc! It would be great if you could easily see other similar problems, and simply vote on the ones that seem important.

One really nice platform for this is canny (https://canny.io), which CircleCI use. I am not affiliated with either company, I just want to participate in helping Serif find and fix the most important bugs, so I can finally dump Illustrator for good! (There are a number of what seem like elementary issues with divide and expanding strokes that are real blockers when trying to iterate quickly on geometric ideas.)

I think it would be difficult, if not impossible, to do that unless Serif gave all of us access to their bugs database.
