PLEASE HELP!

 

im at my wits end with this programme honestly, so, when i set up a document for print (press read) CMYK, profile cmyk working in CMYK colours, when i PDF, no matter what, the black comes out 4 colour instead of 100 black????????? it's driving me insane

How are you choosing your Black color?

This one is 100K in a CMYK document:

yes i have even done this and still no luck, i will attach a file for you to look at possibly, the file is CMYK, i have been working with CMYK colours, it is set at 100 black, when PDF and checked in print preview (acrobat) it is no longer black and a mix

What is your document colour profile? 

This is a big issue in my opinion and many people have this issue when it should be something so simple. Never heard of anyone with Indesign having anything like this. Just maintain the CMYK value how you set!
