ChristiduToit
There was meant to be a new feature in 1.9 where you can hold CMD to rotate the canvas with the scroll wheel - I noticed it as an option in the "Tools" preferences too. For some reason this feature doesn't work for me at all. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug? I'm using a Logitech MX Master 3 mouse on an iMac. Staff MEB Posted February 26, 2021 Staff Share Posted February 26, 2021 Hi ChristiduToit, This is working correctly me. Just checked with a scroll-wheel mouse and an Apple Magic Mouse (surface mouse) on macOS Big Sur and Mojave. Have you tried a reset after the 1.9.1 update (just the first three checkboxes only otherwise you may loose custom brushes, actions etc if you don't have a back up/saved them). ChristiduToit
Hi @MEB Apologies for my ignorance, but how I do I perform the reset you mentioned? On that note, how would I perform a master reset - I would obviously ensure that all of my brushes, assets, etc, are backed up?
Staff MEB Posted February 26, 2021 Staff Share Posted February 26, 2021 Press and hold ctrl while launching the application until a Clear User Data dialog appears. By default the first three options are checked and may help to fix some minor issues after an update. To reset the whole app, press the Select All button then press the Clear button. Please beware you must create backups of all brushes, assets, brushes (using the respective panels) if you wish to keep them.
