Unfortunately without the actual document you're using there isn't much we can do.

However it looks like the Slice for the actual Enlaces artboard has moved. If you Select the 'Enlaces' slice in the 'Slices (Sectores)' Panel and then delete it. You can then go to 'Layers (Capas)', select 'Enlaces' and click 'Create Slice'. If this is still not working then please attach your source document.
