Posted February 21, 2021 Share Posted February 21, 2021 Hello, I reinstalled windows on my computer recently and wanted to reinstall "Affinity Designer" as well, so I logged into my account, download the executable and launched it. When asked for my e-mail and product key combination, I copy-pasted those written in my order, but it's saying it's an invalid combination. What process should I follow to fix it?
