KarenB Posted February 21, 2021 Share Posted February 21, 2021 I haven't kept up with updates, designer is 1.72 and the os x is 10.14.6 (i have chosen not to upgrade due to a compatibility issue with another software) when I click on either designer of Photo in the app store I just get a continuous turning ball, I have tried a variety of suggested solutions but nothing works. I haven't needed to upgrade but I want to use some templates I purchased and I need at least 1.8. Any advice Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
