I haven't kept up with updates, designer is 1.72 and the os x is 10.14.6 (i have chosen not to upgrade due to a compatibility issue with another software) when I click on either designer of Photo in the app store I just get a continuous turning ball, I have tried a variety of suggested solutions but nothing works. I haven't needed to upgrade but I want to use some templates I purchased and I need at least 1.8. Any advice

I am new to photo on an iPad. I have a IPad Pro 11” 13.1.3 with a gen 2 pencil. I have photo on my Mac so have used it before. When I create a mask in selection persona and try to save it, the app crashes I have tried all the options available and it crashes every time.

I downloaded an eps file from shutterstock and I can see the image in the layers of Designer, but I can not see it on the artboard. Any suggestions? Thanks
