MattSan Posted February 19, 2021 Share Posted February 19, 2021 (edited) Yeah, a really dumb situation, but seeing the FAQ and Contact Us posts it seems the Serif team strongly advice posting here before contacting directly via e-mail. Should i request a refund or there's a way to switch to the windows version? To further clarification, i bought Affinity from my smartphone while traveling, so i wasn't in the best place to read carefully what i was purchasing. It is not possible to switch a licence after purchase, but if you contact affinityreturns@serif.com our team can arrange a refund for you so that you can then go ahead and purchase the correct version.
