Affinity Designer 1.9.0 se cierra al intentar abrir un archivo

Hola:

Soy usuario de Affinity Designer y Affinity Publisher. Acabo de actualizar Designer desde 1.8.5 a 1.9.0 Tras la actualización, Affinity Designer se carga y es capaz de abrir archivos .png y .pdf, sin embargo el programa se cierra automáticamente cuando intento abrir archivos .afdesign. He intentado abrir los archivos .afdesign haciendo doble click sobre el archivo o abriéndolos desde el programa y el resultado es el mismo: el programa se cierra automáticamente.

Mi ordenador es un MSI PE60-6QE i7-6700HQ@2.600GHz, 32Mb RAM, Windows 10 Home 64. Utilizo una tarjeta gráfica nvidia GTX-960M. La versión de Designer es 1.9.032.

Este fallo no me pasaba con la anterior versión. Por miedo a que ocurra lo mismo no he actualizado Affinity Publisher (sigo con 1.8.5). Es muy urgente que pueda arreglarse este problema, ya que soy diseñador gráfico y debo entregar un trabajo esta semana y no puedo trabajar.

Hi Fernado,

Could you attach a copy of the files that are crashing when you attempt to open them please? Without these we cannot attempt to reproduce the crash you're seeing. We are aware of some crashes that happen if your document contains Constraints with Compounds inside, but as I said without seeing the files I cannot say for certain if this is the problem.

It is also worth noting that if they were fine in 1.8.5 for you that you can roll back temporarily by uninstalling 1.9 and then reinstalling 1.8.5 by downloading from the link below (note any files saved in 1.9 won't open as they're not backwards compatible).

I've downgraded to 1.8.5 and now it works fine again. Nevertheless, I attach one of the the files I'm working with so you can check if it works with your 1.9.

Thanks for that - unfortunately that file is opening without a problem for me, even with the additional fonts it is still opening. Are there any other files that were crashing for you?

All .afdesign files. I could open .afdesign files with Publisher, but not with Designer.

Thanks for that! Would you be willing to try and install the 1.9.1 beta for us please and see if that also crashes for you? It can be installed alongside 1.8.5 so you can continue using that at the same time (although as I said be aware anything saved in 1.9 cannot then be opened in 1.8.5.

If that is still crashing could you go to %appdata%\Affinity\Designer\1.0 (Beta)\CrashReports\Reports and attach one of the crash reports that correspond to the time of the crash you are seeing.
