Affinity Publisher crashes right after startup. This is a fresh installation. The log file looks like this. What is the problem here?

AppData\Roaming\Affinity\Publisher\1.0

Hello

Unfortunately it is still the same probleme with the 1.9 beta version.
Logfile says:
[DXCore] Error 0x80004002 (298): Failed to create adapter factory!

I uninstalled version 1.9 and then installed the beta version. Wouldn't I have to enter the license key again?  I was never asked to do this.
Is it possible that the problem is with the license key?

I don't think the license key would be the issue, could you just confirm for me that running the beta up more than once still crashes on runup?

Could you navigate to %AppData%/Affinity/Publisher and zip up the 1.0 folder and upload it here, there might be some more information in the crash reports and logs

Thanks!
