All Tool Windows for aperture, HSL Lightning, etc. do not appear on the screen.

This is urgent!
Since the version was updated to 1.9.0 I can not work any longer with Affinity Photo. Reason:

The tool boxes for all kind of photo manipulations lighting, darkness, selective color changing, HSL, contrast, negative, BlackWhite, etc., etc. do not appear on the screen.

In before with versions below 1.9.0 a double click was bringing up the boxes.

Now nothing happens with a double click, with a click the tool is expanding to bring up the small preview but nothing can be changed because the tool boxes itself with all the sliders are not appearing on the screen. A double click does not work. In files with only one or two levels  a long click sometimes on second or third try brought up the boxes. But in complex projects with a lot of levels nothing happens. Therefore the whole tool is worthless for me and I need to switch Photoshop or Lightroom. I have some work to do and cannot wait. Would like to get my old version which was working perfectly. This is one of the worse things which can happen to an application!I can only provide a screenshot where you see that no toolbox is appearing. No click, no double click , no right mouse click nothing helps to bring up the tools.

I tried already to end the application and restart it several times. I was restarting the Mac also. My Mac has the version11.2
