Existing customer, can't locate my Mac downloads/purchases on the web site

Recommended Posts

Hi, I purchased Designer and Photo for Mac on 11/2/2017, then purchased both for Windows on 4/13/2020. Only the Windows version shows in my account on the Affinity website. Can you help? I'd like to update my apps to the new release.

Thank you.

Greg

@Greg H

If you purchased through the Mac App Store, open the Mac App Store App and go to the Updates page. If the updates are not showing, go to Store > Reload page. This should hopefully force the updates to show.

if you are trying to update one of our iPad apps, open the App Store app and go to the Updates page. If the updates are not showing, tap near the top of the screen where it states 'Updates' and then hold and pull down, then release. This should manually refresh the updates page.

For purchases made directly through our own Store, your Affinity App it will check for updates when opened and it should offer you the latest update.

Finally for Windows Store purchases click the three dots in the top right corner of the app and then go to Downloads and updates. Click Get Updates. The updates should then appear.
