Crash when try to save

Gines

Recommended Posts

Welcome to the Affinity forums @Gines! Yes, crashes for me too. I cannot test your document to the end, because the images are missing, but there is something going wrong there. There are PNG in CMYK which is not possible or CMYK files with a RGB ICC profile, which is also wrong.

So please check your images first if the files are in the correct colour format AND have a valid ICC profile assigned.

I have deleted all the images and try to save it, but it doesn´t work. I can not embebed the images so you can see it, because I can not save...
I have tried to copy pages (Document-Seite aus Datei) but it crash also...I think the only solution is to begin a new archive.

Thank you for your help!

A help for the developers would be, if upload the crash report. You'll find the crash reports here: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Affinity\Publisher\1.0\CrashReports\reports

Hi @Gines Sorry to see you are experiencing this issue. I was also able to recreate the crash, it appears to be the pinned object crash that we have been seeing recently.

Do you know what you were doing the last time you edited the document as it is likely to be what caused this issue?
