RAW photos change when imported to Affinity Photo

Yesterday I noticed that the photo I had selected to start editing in the app changed its colors (from black and dark tones to light brown-ish tones, I was hoping it was only an issue with those pictures somehow but today I tried again with another photo (the attached RAW photo in here) and the images are like glitched? It has some shapes in bright red around the whole image like pixels. How can I fix this?

It’s a setting in menu that highlights areas needing attention. You can adjust exposure, brightness, contrast etc until the reds and or yellows disappear.
