DMcDonald
I am trying to burn a film on to a dvd via MoviePlusX3. I haven't used it for a while so when I try it I get the message - Features currently locked. Make sure you are connected to the internet and this will be fixed for free. When I try this it says cannot connect to the feature unlocking server - press retry. I keep trying but never works. Please help.

John Rostron
@DMcDonald You have used your User Name in the Title field. If you look at other threads in these forums, you will see that the Title field is for the Subject of your thread. In your case, I would suggest "problem with MoviePlusX3". A meaningful title will usually give a faster response (although you got on for this within an hour). John Quote Windows 11, Affinity Photo 2.4.2 Designer 2.4.2 and Publisher 2.4.2 (mainly Photo).
