MasonMade
The iPad is up to date and the Affinity apps are up to date. This issue has existed since I first bought the program and has never operated correctly. Document is opening in the corner of the program. When I move it over, it pops into the center. When the grid is added to the document, it also pops into the he corner. And then it doesn't adjust to the document. If the document is moved around, it starts to be clipped by invisible boundaries. When I add text or a shape (or really anything), it moves around the document and doesn't stay in one place. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program and the issue is still there. It's also the same issue I'm having with Photo. I included a video to show the problem. IMG_0508.MP4
Staff Sean P Posted November 30, 2020 Staff Share Posted November 30, 2020 Hi @MasonMade This is a known issue that is with development to be fixed. It only occurs when your iPad has the Display Zoom set to 'Zoomed' in the iPad's Settings app. Go into Settings > Display and Brightness and then scroll to the bottom and change Display Zoom: View to 'Standard'. Obviously I understand this is not great for those with eyesight issues, so I will get this bumped with development.
