Izquierdo
When I Copy any vector in AD and Paste it in Powerpoint, the figure is converted to bitmap (so it can't be resized correctly). The same operation with Inkscape works correctly (is pasted as SVG). When using "Paste Special" in Powerpoint: - If the Copy was made in Inkscape, both "paste as Image" or "as SVG" appears. - If the Copy was made in AD, SVG option doesn`t appear. Exporting to SVG every element makes working with AD to create powerpoint slides very time consuming so I had to go back to Inkscape. Thanks. Configuration: Windows 10 Pro. 19042 Office 365 Affinity Designer 1.8.5.
Alfred
Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, @Izquierdo. It might be helpful to know exactly what formats are available from the clipboard after copying from AD. Nir Sofer’s free utility InsideClipboard will tell you. I don't have PowerPoint so I can't test this, but have you set 'Copy items as SVG' in Preferences -> General (see image below)? This often helps to force SVG/vector content for some applications. Unfortunately using that preferences also means that often when copy/pasting into other applications where you actually want a bitmap you often end up with raw SVG code. Ideally it shouldn't be an either or, and a simple 'Copy as…' menu (ie: Edit -> Copy as…, or right-mouse-button click -> Copy as…) providing the options to copy the selection as PNG, SVG, PDF, etc. without having to always remember to toggle a global setting would solve this nicely.
