Pmconaway
I'm helping a fellow Affinity Designer user and she had some computer issues on her Mac. Ended up having to reset the NVRAM and the PRAM when she launched AD all her assets were gone. I did some sleuthing and we found the assets.propcol file. Her's is 2.92GB. I've had her copy the file to another disk so she doesn't lose it and we have a backup copy. How do we get AD to recognize the assets again? Thanks Paul
v_kyr
See: [FAQ] What exactly do the Clear User Data options clear? Staff stokerg Posted November 16, 2020 Staff Share Posted November 16, 2020 Hi @Pmconaway and Welcome to the Forums, Do you happen to know if the assets went missing before or after the update we released last week? Also in what location did you find the assets.propcol file?
Pmconaway
Stokerg, I don't know for sure if it was before the 1.8.6 update. My friend had purchased Aphoto and ADesigner from the Mac App Store and APub direct from Serif. She let me know that the FAQ that v_kyr linked to in his post solved the issue for her. She has all her created assets back. Paul stokerg
