cmd+A do not show selection size

macOS Big Sur + AP 1.8.6
When creating a rectangular selection, its location and size is properly displayed in the Transform tab.
But when performing Cmd-D (to remove previous selection) then Cmd-A (to select everything), location and size is not displayed in the Transform tab.

Note: creating a rectangular selection, then Cmd-A properly displays the selection location and size.
