LizBrown Posted October 27, 2020 Share Posted October 27, 2020 Hi everyone, I used to use the ‘save selection with background’ option all the time in affinity for iPads, but it seems to not work correctly anymore. It doesn’t save the background, so essentially it does the same thing as ‘save selection without background’ I uploaded a screenshot to show you what I mean. Anyone know a workaround for this? Staff stokerg Posted October 28, 2020 Staff Share Posted October 28, 2020 Hi LizBrown, I've just done some testing, exporting the donut with and without a background and this is working as expected for me. When placed back into Designer on the canvas, the one with a background, the middle of teh shape is filled white, as expected and the corners outside of the shape are also filled with white. If you place your exported file back into Designer, how does it appear? Could you attach the adesign file for this so i can try exporting it here and see what results i get.
