i have purchased affinity photo paid version but it is not reflecting in microsoft store and i am not able to update software. why it is not reflecting in store ?

The order number you gave however was one of ours rather than a Microsoft order number. If you sign into your Affinity Store account here, you can access your orders from the 'downloads and product keys' section of your account.
