Pixelated image instead of full raw file

when I try to open a tiff image (raw file ) from my camera I only get a 288x192px pixelated image. It can open earlier old RAW CRW files. I would like to buy affinity photo after my trial but I need to fix this first

Please could you tell me which operating system you are using and what kind of RAW file you are working with? If possible could you provide one of the files in question?
