skyking
I can not figure a way to print spreads. Printing "Book" or "Booklet" does not work as it prints the low numbers on the right of the paper and the high numbers of the book on the other side. In other words, for an 8.5 x 11 sheet, landscape, book and booklet printed the start of the book on the right side of the page and halfway through the end of the book to the middle on the left side of the page. I finally had to create a PDF and was able to print it via Preview. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks James K
walt.farrell
Layout "Mode: N-up" with a paper size twice the page size so 2 pages will fit, should do it. However, with an odd number of pages, and the first page on the right, it still prints on the left. So where the first printed sheet should be blank on the left, and have page 1 on the right, it has pages 1 and 2. So you may want to add a blank page before page 1. Or, if your printer supports N-Up, use "Mode: Single" in Publisher and have the printer handle the 2-Up processing. Exporting a PDF and printing that may be simpler. skyking
Walt - thanks for the info. I’ll try that later today and let you know how I make. I’m not sure how I’ll add a page in front of the first page. Thanks!’ James K
