cre8tivetoy
I have created Text styles and Bullet point styles for one 'News letter' and would like to use some of them in another (but different format) 'News letter'. Is there a way of importing/copy styles from one document to another. If you cannot, how can you delete some style from the Styles list? I tried searching for this topic but was unsuccessful. Open the new document, display the Text Styles panel in Studio and click the 'hamburger' icon in the top right corner. Choose Import Styles..., navigate to your original document, select it and click Open. You'll get a dialog asking you if you want to rename the original styles, and pointing out any naming conflicts: Once you're happy, click OK to import the original styles to your new document. 19 minutes ago, cre8tivetoy said: how can you delete some style from the Styles list? Ctrl-click (right-click, secondary click) on it in the Text Styles panel and choose Delete: Quote Affinity Photo 2.5.3, Affinity Designer 2.5.3, Affinity Publisher 2.5.3, Mac OSX 14.5, 2018 MacBook Pro 15" Intel. walt.farrell
Note, too, that "Save Styles as Defaults" action, which will say any changes that you make to the styles used by future documents, not just to the current document.
