true_blue1878
Hi guys.. sorry if this is in the wrong forum but I would like a collection of filters to change photos inside Affinity Photo. I especially like the oil painting/cartoon/anime effects that exist in the android app "ToolWiz". I have been running some stuff through that but it would be nice if I could do it all through Affinity! Can anyone be kind enough to point me in the right direction? Cheers!! Dan C
Hi @true_blue1878 Unfortunately, as far as I'm aware there are no such Filter plugins that are currently compatible with Affinity Photo - my apologies. Our devs are hoping to expand our third party tools in the future to allow for more developers to create such plugins for Affinity, however we have no timescale for this currently. I hope this helps! Hi Dan thanks for that! I look forward to it so I can finally just keep to one app!! Would you think its possible to get this type of effect purely by using overlays or is it more complicated than that? Cheers!
Dan C
No problem at all 13 hours ago, true_blue1878 said: Would you think its possible to get this type of effect purely by using overlays or is it more complicated than that? This depends, it's certainly possible to recreate some of these effects manually, such as the Oil Painting effect covered in the below thread - As well as macros provided by our community for cartoon/anime style adjustments - So I recommend searching for your desired effect and checking to see if there are good suggestions here for how to achieve these results. I hope this helps true_blue1878
