Knock Once For Yes Posted August 14, 2020 Share Posted August 14, 2020 Hi, I've just updated photo from 1.8.3 to 1.8.4 with no problems but when I attempt the update on designer it doesn't seem to recognise that I already have an install. When I point the installer at the folder it is installed in, I get an error that the folder is not empty and to choose an empty folder. Can you please advise? Do you have a licence.xml file in the Designer folder? We identified a problem with the installer that it would fail to install if that file was in there. To work around it, you can move that file out of the directory, do the install, then put the file back into that directory.
