Publisher crashes when I choose either to insert a new hyperlink or edit an existing hyperlink. I have update to version 1.8.4.693 using Windows 10.

Hi @Ian C,

This doesn't seem to be a generic issue, do you get this in a new document?

Can you navigate to %appdata%/Affinity\Publisher\1.0\  and upload the CrashReports folder here, I'll see if there's any information in them

Dear Jon,

It happened on a document that I have been working on on the previous version. I've had a look to see if there is a crash report and can't see one for the date that corresponds with date I first noticed the issue. I have recently upgraded my graphics card and wonder whether this cold explain the issue? Publisher just freezes and hasn't crashed as such and there is nothing I can do within the program once I've either tried to edit a hyperlink or add a new one.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards

Ian

So can i clarify if you create a new document and add a hyperlink and try to edit it that the program doesn't freeze? It will probably be worth uploading the document you were working on here and I'll see if I can reproduce the behavior.
